Maintenance Staff
Skilled in maintenance and repairs for basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry and painting. Prior experience necessary with own hand and power tools. Will work on apartment turnovers. Some on call and including coverage for snow removal. Prior experience. Salary dependent upon prior experience and background. Must be legally able to work in the United States. References, including a CORI, will be performed.
