Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing inspections, maintenance, and repairs for residential customers.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions to customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, pipe systems, and more.
• Provide clear communication to customers regarding the scope of work, costs, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Offer preventative maintenance advice and address customer questions and concerns.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, respecting the customer's home or business.
• Collaborate with the team to handle on-call emergency plumbing needs, if applicable.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active plumber's license in Massachusetts.
• Proven experience as a service plumber (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
