Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.

Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.

Provide outstanding customer service by explaining HVAC solutions and maintenance needs.

Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure high-quality work.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.

Keep up to date with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.
Requirements

Experience: Prior HVAC experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn.

Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Certifications: EPA certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.), and be on your feet for extended periods.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients professionally and respectfully.

Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
