Second Firemen License Prep
Offered in Woburn MA, Worcester MA, Online
Second class firemen are employed in hospitals, schools, utility plants, manufacturing plants and numerous other establishments that use high pressure boilers. After successfully completing this course, students are prepared to take the written and oral state license exams.
In accordance with Mass. General Laws, Chapter 146: Once you are licensed, you can “operate any high-pressure boiler or boilers under the engineer or fireman in charge.”

This is a 12 week entry-level license preparatory course designed for individuals with no prior experience. This course will prepare the student to take the written and oral state license exams. Once student passes the exam, the student is officially licensed to "Operate any boiler or boilers under the engineer or fireman direct charge thereof".
